Free Prepaid Label

After you submit your order, we email you a free prepaid UPS shipping label within minutes. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within 15 minutes.

• Free labels are available for the lower 48 states only.
• Alaska & Hawaii: Ship at your own cost using any carrier.
• Canada: Ship at your own cost — we reimburse $25 (1 device) or $35 (2+ devices) once received.
• Drop off at your nearest UPS Store — no box needed. No printer needed — show the label on your phone.

Shipping Timeline

• Label is emailed immediately after order submission.
• You must ship within 7 days of receiving the label. Labels expire after 7 days and the offer may be rescinded.
• Transit time is typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your label email.

No shipping needed, no label required. Payment is processed same day after inspection.

How to Drop Off at a UPS Store

• Find your nearest UPS Store at ups.com/dropoff.
• No box needed — UPS Store staff will pack your device securely for you.
• Show your label on your phone or print it at home. No printer? The UPS Store will scan the QR code directly.
• Do not include accessories (chargers, cables, mice) unless specifically agreed upon — we cannot return or pay for accessories unless listed in your order.

Insurance & Lost Packages

• All prepaid UPS shipments are insured for up to $100.
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim and compensate you up to $100.
• SellBroke recommends UPS Store drop-off for proper professional packaging.
• If you need higher insurance coverage, ship using your own carrier and add coverage directly.

Data Before You Ship

• We recommend backing up any data you want to keep before shipping.
• Remove your SIM card from phones before shipping.
• Sign out of iCloud / Apple ID on Apple devices if possible (though not required).
• All storage is wiped to DoD standards upon arrival regardless — we will handle it either way.
